1.1 For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), My Personal Football Coach Limited is the data controller and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number: ZA145185).
1.2 My Personal Football Coach Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (registration number: 09747177).
1.3 We will only process personal information in accordance with the Act, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and any other applicable privacy laws.

6. Information about your footballing journey and experience

2. information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.
2.3 Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. 4. to protect the rights, property, or safety of APOL, our customers, or other persons. This may include exchanging information with other organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
4.4 Save as expressly detailed above, we will never share, sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party without your consent. Where you have given your consent for us to share your information, but later change your mind, you should contact us and we will stop doing so.

1. update any out of date or incorrect personal information which we are holding about you; or
2. provide you with copies of any personal information which we hold about you, subject to a fee specified by law (currently £10).

11.1 The website and app is free to view for children with no personal information being collected. Once a child is registered on the website and app then personal information is collected with the consent of the parent or guardian, as laid out in the terms and conditions conforming to the privacy statements above.
11.2 Parents & guardian should note that after registration a child may provide additional information such as uploading of video content as part of the exercises. This content maybe shared with others.
