Working a pair this practice focuses on 3 elements fro 1v1 domination. Place you partner in front of the center of the goal with your self further behind at an angle. Pass the ball to the partner and wait for the pass back. Take a positive touch towards the defender and drive at pace performing a double or single step over and exploding away firing a laces drive into the goal. The defender can be unopposed, semi-opposed or fully engaged.
