YOUR FIRST THREE STEPS
Don’t try to do everything at once. Here’s the right sequence.
Watch the masterclass first.
Before opening the course, watch the masterclass recording. It runs approximately 60 to 90 minutes and covers the complete philosophy behind the method. Everything in the 121 Course will make more sense once you’ve watched it. Set aside the time to do it properly.
Apply the IDP to one player.
After the masterclass, take 15 minutes and complete the IDP for one specific player you’re currently working with. Name them. Identify what they specifically need. This turns the framework into something concrete before you’ve opened Module 1.
Begin Module 1 and work through in sequence.
The modules build on each other. Start at Module 1 and work through in order. After each module, bring one thing from it into your next session. The learning happens in the application — not in the watching.
