Each session will start with Ball Mastery followed by Movement Development & Functional Practices that are designed to focus on these technical areas to varying degrees. In each session there are exercises that will require some equipment to act as obstacles or targets. Please use whatever you have to help you train.
- Cones or equivalent markers
Simple process to follow
- Watch the videos for each exercise before you train so you become familiar.
- Start slow if required to master the technique before increasing your speed.
- Put in maximum training effort for 20 minutes.
- Follow the timings for each exercise taking rest when required and drinking plenty of fluids.
- Video yourself to refine your technique and track your progress.
- Most importantly, HAVE FUN and remember “Hard Work Pays Off”.

- Start slow with one skill, then add the next etc.
- Alternate between left and right feet
- As you become comfortable, accentuate with fakes and keep head up
