Standing at least 5 metres from the wall, drive the ball with laces towards the wall. Get your head and body over the ball to try and keep the ball down. Plant your non kicking foot next to the ball and make sure you always strike a moving ball. Repeat on other foot.
Push the ball out in front of you. Plant the non kicking foot by the ball getting your head and body over the ball. Strike through the middle of the ball with your laces and follow through landing on your kicking foot. Work on both feet.
Drive down the line with the ball, come around the side of the ball with the inside of the foot and follow through with whip. Try and get the ball curling away from the goal keeper. Work off both feet.
As your playing partner passes, approach the ball in front of the defender and set it back first time to your partner. Then whilst facing the ball arc your run backwards to create a passing channel. As the pass is plated start your forward run and let the ball run across your body and drive into goal. Work off both feet.
Drive through the middle of the ball with the laces. Get your body over the ball but do not follow through planting the non kicking foot next to the ball. Extension is to try and loft the ball.
