Set up 2 cones about 1 metre apart next to the wall and 2 goals/gates on the opposite side. Make an angled pass against the wall aiming for the 2 cone target. Move into a position to receive the ball on your back foot. Rotate your body to face the pitch. Make a positive touch with your back foot into the middle of the pitch and make a driven pass to one of the targets on the other side.

Pass with the outside foot around obstacle and receive into your path with a step over. Drive towards the mannequin. When you are close enough not to be intercepted, play a pass with the outside of your foot into the goal.

Play a driven pass against the wall fake before you receive and take a back foot touch through the gate. Drive at the mannequin and play a long threaded pass past it with the outside of your foot towards the target.

As partner passes you the ball, receive the ball square and outside cut back in. Drive into the middle of the pitch and play an outside foot 1-2 around the mannequin. Drive again to receive and play a first time pass to the target.
