Work with a partner. Ask them to roll the ball into the center in front of the goal. Drive onto the ball and finish with the inside of your foot. Move backwards and explode onto the next ball and repeat again. Go for finesse and work off both feet.

Ask your partner to throw the ball into the center of the area in front of the goal. Wait for the ball to bounce and then strike it when it’s on the way down. Get your head, body and knee over the ball. Repeat and work off both feet.

Bergkamp turn to shoot

As your playing partner passes, move towards the ball stepping front of the defender. Jab the lower side of the ball with the outside of the foot around the defender. Remember to spin and peel away the opposite way to the ball. Explode and shoot to score. The key here is to create spin on the ball so your first touch goes behind the defender. Work off both feet.
