Receive off wall – Inside cut – Cruyff – Ronaldo

Set up 2 cones about 5 yards from the wall and one other 3 yards back in the center. From the top cone, pass into the wall and fake before receive. Open your body and drive towards one of the outer cones. Fake to kick and inside cut and then fake again and perform a Cuyff and explode away. Perform a Ronaldo at the top cone and explode again. Repeat again using the other foot and moving towards the other cone.

Set up 4 cones in a rectangle about 5 yards from the wall to act as 2 gates. Standing in the center, pass into the wall and fake before you receive. Receive on your back foot and immediately do an outside cut and explode through the gates. An alternative is to receive through one gate, outside cut and explode through the other.

Standing at least 5 metres from the wall, drive the ball with laces towards the wall. Get your head and body over the ball to try and keep the ball down. Plant your non kicking foot next to the ball and make sure you always strike a moving ball. Repeat on other foot.

Place a mannequin between yourself an the goal. Angle your approach to the ball and use the inside of the foot following through quickly to generate the whip. Repeat on other foot.

Push the ball out in front of you. Plant the non kicking foot by the ball getting your head and body over the ball. Strike through the middle of the ball with your laces and follow through landing on your kicking foot. Work on both feet.

Scoop

Place the mannequin or obstacle in front of the goal with enough space to scoop over. Whilst the ball is on the move, get your foot right underneath the ball. Scoop up and follow through. Work on both feet.

Crossing

Drive down the line with the ball, come around the side of the ball with the inside of the foot and follow through with whip. Try and get the ball curling away from the goal keeper. Work off both feet.
