The Session

This weeks 1v1 skill is a combination movement starting with Reverse Cruff and then going into a La Croqueta. This skill is good for the wide areas is you have your back directly to the side of the pitch and you need to break the pressure and unbalance the defender.

Saul’s top tip: Make sure to get your foot right around the outside on your Reverse Cruff.

Remember to try this on your strong foot and your weak foot and try this in games and training!!
