The Session

This week’s 1v1 Skill combines a Ronaldo Chop and a Reverse Cruyff. Once you master the Ronaldo Chop & Reverse you will make it very difficult for the defender to read and react.

Step 1: Dribble with pace
Step 2: Ronaldo Chop with strong foot 
Step 3:
E Reverse Chop with the same foot.

Remember to use minimum1-meter touches, make quality explosive touches and use your whole body to unbalance the defender.
