Play a driven pass against the wall fake before you receive and take a back foot touch through the gate. Drive at the mannequin and play a long threaded pass past it with the outside of your foot towards the target.

As your playing partner passes, move towards the ball and big fake to kick allowing the ball to run across your body. Explode and shoot to score. Disguise is the key here, the bigger the fake the better. Work off both feet.
