Set up 7 cones in a zig zag formation. Starting at the base, drive into the first cone and first outside cut to stop the ball. Very quickly touch again with the outside exploding to the next cone on the other side. Try to make the touch at least 1 metre and continue working up the zig zag.

Set up 7 cones in a zig zag formation to the side of the goal ask your partner to hold 2 additional footballs. Starting at the base, drive in to the first cone, and cut to the next cone working your way up the zig zag. Use any cut (inside cut, outside cut, double cut, double outside cut) but ensure you explode between each cone. Once at the top, play a 1-2 with your partner and shoot to score with laces. Then step backward as your partner throws the ball into you and explode in an shoot again and repeat with the final ball.

Set up 2 cones about 5 yards from the wall. From the center pass into the wall and fake before receive. Open your body and touch the ball square towards the cone. Cut the ball sharply backwards with the outside of the foot and explode away to the center. Repeat again using the other foot and moving towards the other cone.

Open your body and drive towards one of the outer cones. Fake to kick and inside cut and then fake again and perform a Cuyff and explode away. Repeat again using the other foot and moving towards the other cone.

Set up 4 cones in a rectangle about 5 yards from the wall to act as 2 gates. Standing in the center, pass into the wall and fake before you receive. Receive on your back foot and immediately do an outside cut and explode through the gates. An alternative is to receive through one gate, outside cut and explode through the other.
