Set up 4 cones in a rectangle about 5 yards from the wall to act as 2 gates. Standing in the center, pass into the wall and fake before you receive. Receive on your back foot and immediately do an outside cut and explode through the gates. An alternative is to receive through one gate, outside cut and explode through the other.
Pass against the wall. Fake before you receive and touch the ball square towards the gate. Outside cut sharply and cut back again immediately. Ensure your body rotates 180 degrees on each turn. Be explosive!
Move your feet to get your body behind'under the ball, arc your back, make your chest big, arms out, relax the surface
The exercise requires a partner. Ask your partner to send an aerial pass. Keep you eye on the ball at all times and keep moving your feet so your body is behind the ball. Get your foot under the ball, relax it and move slightly as contact is made to take the power out of the ball moving it into an open space. Cut the ball back and return the pass.
A practice which does not involve touching the ball but a combination of a fake and body movements to lose the opposing player. Roll the ball ahead of yourself. Perform a big fake and step over the ball. Step the same foot back over the ball immediately and explode out in the same direction.
