3 elements to this shooting practices. First set up 7 cones in a zig zag formation and inside cut sharply at each cone as move through. At the top turn, drive into the middle of the pitch and play a 1-2 with first time shot. Backwards movement then drive 1on1, explode and shoot. Finally backwards movement again and finish on the volley.
This passing practice involves just 3 cones set 5 yards away from a wall. A series of exercises involving passing and receiving off the wall around and between the cones. A quality first touch is needed to get across the cones and make sure you use both feet. Increase or decrease the distance of the cones from the wall to make it more or less difficult.
