3 elements to this shooting practices. First set up 7 cones in a zig zag formation and inside cut sharply at each cone as move through. At the top turn, drive into the middle of the pitch and play a 1-2 with first time shot. Backwards movement then drive 1on1, explode and shoot. Finally backwards movement again and finish on the volley.

Set multiple cones 12 yards apart. Explode down the line and take just 1 touch between the each cone. Touch the ball out with your laces and drive with speed and control. Work on both feet and aim to run at maximum speed.
