This week MyPersonalFootballCoach brings you a new 15 Second Technical Challenge: The 2 Touch Inside Roll!

To practice the drill set out your cones or markers, dribble the ball towards a cone, and when you get to the cone, complete your Inside Roll away from the cone.

Follow Saul’s Top Tips on how to master the 2 Touch Inside Roll:

  1. Dribbling the ball forward using the top of your laces twice
  2. Then use the bottom of your foot pull and flick the ball in the opposite direction (away from your defender)
  3. Touch the ball on the top of your laces on your other foot and touch the ball in the same direction twice
  4. Pull and flick the ball with the bottom of your foot again, and repeat these steps!
