This week MyPersonalFootballCoach brings you a new 15 Second Technical Challenge: The 2 Touch Inside Roll!
To practice the drill set out your cones or markers, dribble the ball towards a cone, and when you get to the cone, complete your Inside Roll away from the cone.
Follow Saul’s Top Tips on how to master the 2 Touch Inside Roll:
- Dribbling the ball forward using the top of your laces twice
- Then use the bottom of your foot pull and flick the ball in the opposite direction (away from your defender)
- Touch the ball on the top of your laces on your other foot and touch the ball in the same direction twice
- Pull and flick the ball with the bottom of your foot again, and repeat these steps!
