This requires a larger space as the touches are bigger and require running with pace. It involves rolling the ball across your body exploding through a gate and shooting with laces into the goal. Multiple outcomes to mimic a game situation.

Long range Aerial Control, Cut and Pass Back

The exercise requires a partner. Ask your partner to send an aerial pass. Keep you eye on the ball at all times and keep moving your feet so your body is behind the ball. Get your foot under the ball, relax it and move slightly as contact is made to take the power out of the ball moving it into an open space. Cut the ball back and return the pass.

First Touch From Distance

Ask your partner to send a lofted pass. Keep your eye on the ball at all times adjusting your feet to always be behind the ball. Get the inside of your foot under the ball, relax it and move slightly to take the power off the ball. Pass the ball with the inside of your foot. Alternate receiving and passing between both feet.

Defensive Headers Long Range

Ask you partner to send a lofted ball. Get your body behind the ball and jump in the air meeting the ball at your highest point. Lean back in the air and drive your upper body forward to meet the ball. Send the ball high and far and remember to always get off the ground and meet the ball in the air.

Set up a square with 4 cones with a target defender in the middle. Then attack the defender from all angles of the square performing a Ronaldo step over. Fake to come in and then cut away from the defender. When running straight at the defender cut away at angles to wards the corners of the square.

Pass Ronaldo Shoot

Working a pair this practice focuses on 3 elements fro 1v1 domination. Place you partner in front of the center of the goal with your self further behind at an angle. Pass the ball to the partner and wait for the pass back. Take a positive touch towards the defender and drive at pace performing a double or single step over and exploding away firing a laces drive into the goal.
